Our Turn and Burn class is a high intensity, interval style training that will fire up your engine, and improve your cardiovascular base.  In Turn and Burn we utilize basic functional movements that are easily learned and executed, so that athletes can focus on intensity throughout their workout.  Slam balls, wall balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, air dynes, and body weight movements are some of the modalities you will see cycled through our ever-changing WOD format.
