10,000 KBS, WORKOUT 2, 5 JULY 2014

Day 2, 5 July

-Completed the work out in 44:23. FS weight 225#. I got 5 hours of sleep the night prior. -I stayed strict to 30 seconds of rest after each set of FS and 3 minutes of rest after each set of 50 swings. -Front squats felt very solid. Again, I felt as though I got stronger throughout the work out. Not only did the FS seem to get easier, so too did the KBS. -Day 2 was harder on my forearms than Day 1. They were screaming by swing number 500. -I felt good at the end of the work out. I think I got tired earlier in the evening as compared to day 1.
