Kids' Fitness

Challenging, Fun, Exciting, Tough, Confidence inspiring, Supportive – just a few of the words used to describe our program designed for kids from 5 to 12 years.

Your young warriors will grow both personally and physically as they are taken through thorough warm ups, age appropriate WODs (workout of the day) that focus on functional movements and core development, and brief but pointed leadership discussions all in a supportive and dynamic environment.

This is a year-round program and memberships are month to month.
